Submit the prefix/area code and 6 or 7 digits you would like to feature at the end of your number. We will source options within a couple of days and share these with you together with monthly subscription prices.  Select the number you like and any optional call packages. Payment details will be shared together with our T&Cs and Service Agreement which require your acceptance and signature. Once we have these and payment is complete, the number will be ready to receive calls in 2-5 business days – we are usually quicker. To receive calls the created number needs to be “directed” to an existing telephone or mobile number you have access to.

We will get in touch within a couple of days with the available options, prices and information on any next steps. The whole process can take only 2-3 days from the request being submitted to the number being activated to receive calls. Our pricing model is simple and transparent. You will be fully informed of the subscription plans we offer, features included and the cost of any add-ons or call bundles. In most instances, we are able to fulfil a request within 48hrs and get you connected in 24hrs. For some landline numbers, it can take up to 5 business days to get you connected due to additional activities related to sourcing the number or connecting it to a host network.

We also offer you the opportunity to create your own landline number and using your chosen area code / prefix – rather than having to accept your fate with a dull landline number your address happens to be connected to. You pay a small fixed monthly service charge which depends on the type of number you select. You can then choose to purchase add-on minute bundles at any time or operate on a Pay-as-You-Go basis. An invoice is shared with you monthly ahead of the billing date with a breakdown of any charges.

Prices on our website reflect a subscription model for you to  rent a landline number from us – the number will be in your exclusive control for the duration of our contractual period. We will never refuse to renew your subscription nor try to reassign your number without your consent. If you decide to leave us – you can either surrender the number which will be deactivated for 18 months before being offered for sale or you can make use of a contractual facility to own the number which involves a large one-time fee that varies according to the type of number. This is a commercially viable option only for large organisations otherwise we recommend the subscription model which is most cost-effective.
