What is easydigits
These legal terms (English law applies and disputes will be settled by English courts) are between you and easydigits (us/we) and you agree to them by using the easydigits website.

How we’ll contact you
We’ll contact you in English GB and Emoji via the website chat, email, SMS, WhatsApp, Instagram direct message and Facebook messenger. We will contact you via the same medium you choose to contact us – please let us know if any of these change! We also send you instant email notifications when you transact on our website.
Making payments
By purchasing an easydigits product or service from our website, you declare that:
- ALL information provided is accurate and true
- you, yourself are the registered cardholder of the payment method; and
- you are 18 years old or over
All payments must be deposited into our account within 7 days of the date of purchase. Any payments outside of this date will be cancelled automatically, without the need to notify you. To ensure no fraudulent activity has taken place, we reserve the right to withdraw our services for any given duration, until we are sure we have full authorisation and no likely fraud will occur. In such situations, orders will be cancelled automatically, with no liability to us. Until all payment is paid in full and completely cleared, there will be no release of the Exclusive Number, as it remains as our possession. We are not liable or responsible in any circumstances, for any relation to fraudulent or unauthorised activity relating to any payment method used. All details submitted are at your own risk.
You agree to us using your information
By accepting these terms, you agree to us using your information to receive and refund payments or where we have lawful grounds to do so.
Pricing
We only accept British Pounds Sterling (£) as a payment currency. A continuous effort is made to ensure prices quoted are up to date, accurate and mistake free, however in the event of any origin of error, we are not to be held liable without exception, to provide you with the Exclusive Number at the price stated. We reserve the right to alter prices of any product at our discretion, without explanation or notification.
Availability
Only when an easydigits number is showing the full 11 digits for sale, will that specific and exact number be offered for sale. All easydigits products and services are subject to availability. Where a purchased number becomes unavailable, we will take the necessary steps to make you aware of this, and will do our best to provide you with an alternative option. Your money will be refunded within 5 days of purchase if no alternative option can be provided / agreed.
It is advised that business, professional and individual customers do not share, use or print a mobile number purchased from easydigits on any marketing, advertising, digital or physical assets and/or materials until the mobile number has been successfully delivered and transfer of ownership complete. easydigits cannot assume liability for any costs incurred as a result of a number becoming unavailable after purchase but before delivery.
When we offer rewards
Sometimes we’ll offer discounts or rewards for things like referring friends or regular customer. We can withdraw or change these offers any time, without letting you know in advance. If you receive a financial reward, you might have to pay income tax on money you get as part of these rewards. Contact HMRC if you’re unsure.
How to make a complaint
If you have a complaint, please contact us and we’ll do our best to fix the problem. If you’re still not happy, you can refer your complaint to The Consumer Ombudsman. We are also regulated by Ofcom and therefore you may raise your complain with the Communications & Internet Services Adjudication Scheme (CISAS). Third Parties
You acknowledge and agree that correspondence or business dealings with any third parties, including but not limited to, any found on or through our site or any of our services, are solely between you and such third parties. The responsibility for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws in connection with any such dealings or transactions shall be solely yours. The rights under these Terms of Service are personal to you. They may not be allocated to any other third parties under any circumstances.
Governing Law / Jurisdiction
This website and it’s contents are controlled and operated by easydigits. We make no indication or guarantee that our site is of appropriate use outside of the United Kingdom. Access to our website from outside the United Kingdom, is your responsibility. You must comply with the country’s regulations and laws from which you are accessing the site. You may not export any of the content accessible through our site in violation of applicable export laws and regulations. These Terms of Service shall as a whole, be interpreted and understood in accordance with the English law and English courts, who will have complete jurisdiction to resolve any disputes.
Liability
There is no guarantee on our behalf that our site and it’s content, will be error-free. In particular, we deny all liability in association with incompatibility of the site with any of your equipment, software or telecommunications links. We have no direct or indirect affiliation with any parties outside of easydigits, unless where we explicitly say so. We will not be held responsible for any form of loss or damage, costs or expenses, whatsoever, whatever the cause, which are in connection with the use of your easydigits product or service.
If something goes wrong
Please keep your phone, SIM card and PIN safe at all times. If we discover any security issues affecting your account, we’ll contact you as soon as possible in the most secure way, using one of our usual channels. If you lose your SIM card or see transactions that look wrong, freeze your account and inform your Network Service Provider.
The following exceptions apply:
- you gave us incorrect instructions or information during the purchase
- you purposefully didn’t keep your phone, card or PIN safe, or you were very negligent in not keeping them safe
- you acted fraudulently
The use of an easydigits product or service is subject to cancellation by a Network Provider at any point, and we do not accept any responsibility or liability for such actions. We are not held responsible or liable to any faults whatsoever that occur after you have gained possession of your easydigits product or service. All Network Provider Services are completely independent from us. Where features or services are incompatible with an easydigit product or service, we are not to be held responsible or liable. Our service and obligations to you will terminate and deemed fulfilled, once the easydigits product or service has been successfully connected onto a SIM card (either selected by you, and/or provided to you by the chosen Network). If we provide you with the SIM card with your easydigits number connected to it already, we shall be deemed to have completed our service and obligations to you upon delivery and your receipt of the SIM card. We do not guarantee that all easydigits numbers sold by us will be permitted to transfer networks. It is your responsibility to check that your preferred Network Service Provider will accept the porting of the number, before making any purchase from us. It is not our responsibility, but yours, to pass on a PAC which we provide to you, to your preferred Network Service Provider, as soon as possible. Failure to relay the PAC information to the preferred Network Service Provider within the 30 days may result in loss of the easydigits number. An administration fee can be charged, at our discretion, if a replacement PAC is requested. Any payment due must be received and paid in full prior to us providing you with the replacement PAC. Deactivation of a line is not our responsibility. Please be aware that chargeable use of the line is necessary within certain time frames in order to keep the line active.
Making changes to this agreement
This agreement will always be available on our website. We can make changes to the terms of this agreement from time to time because of changes to:
- law, regulation, industry codes or The Consumer Ombudsman, court or regulator decisions
- the way we run our business
- the cost of running our business
